Any third-party service providers utilized by the Aegishrms will be subject to confidentiality obligations which are substantially similar to the confidentiality terms herein. 

Aegishrms shall be responsible for the acts and omissions of members of Aegishrms’s third-party service providers to the same extent that Aegishrms would be responsible if Aegishrms was performing the services of each third-party service provider directly under the terms of this Agreement.
