The Hiring module in Aegis HRMS digitises the entire recruitment lifecycle, from raising a job requisition to the day a new hire is onboarded. It brings job posting, application tracking, interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, and offer management onto a single platform, eliminating scattered emails and spreadsheets. Recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates all work from one shared pipeline, giving complete visibility into every stage of the process. With built-in calendar integration, offer workflows, and self-service onboarding, the module reduces time-to-hire while keeping the experience seamless for both your team and your candidates.
Key Features
Post Your Job — Create and publish job openings with details such as role, department, location, experience, and required skills. Postings can be shared across channels and are instantly visible to your recruiting team and candidates.
Receive Multiple Applications — All incoming applications land in a centralised applicant pool, each tagged to the relevant job requisition. Every candidate profile, résumé, and application detail is captured in one place for easy tracking and filtering.
Schedule Interviews with Calendar View — Coordinate interviews between external candidates and internal hiring managers directly from the system. A calendar view shows availability, avoids clashes, and automatically notifies all participants of the scheduled slot.
Shortlisting, Selection & Rejection — Evaluate candidates stage by stage and move them through the pipeline. Shortlist promising applicants, extend selection to the final pick, and reject others with a clear status update — keeping the pipeline accurate and audit-ready.
Offer Drafting — Generate offer letters from pre-defined templates with candidate-specific details such as designation, CTC, joining date, and location. Drafts can be reviewed and approved internally before being released.
Offer Acceptance & Background Verification (BVC) — Track offer acceptance status and, once accepted, initiate background verification checks as part of the pre-joining process. Progress on each check is recorded and visible to HR until closure.
Self Onboarding — Candidates complete their own onboarding by submitting personal details, documents, and required information through a self-service flow. This reduces manual data entry for HR and ensures records are complete before the employee’s first day.
